Welcome to my website. By booking or attending our access bars sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Session Registration & Payments 

All clients must register in advance through our platforms, or directly with the practitioner. 

Payments (where applicable) must be made before or at the start of the session. 

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated (see Section 3). 

2. Attendance & Conduct

Please arrive on time to ensure your session runs smoothly. 

Respect the practitioner and other clients at all times. 

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the type of session. 

We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe. 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Client cancellations: Refunds or credits are not provided for missed sessions. 

Practitioner cancellations: If a session is canceled by us, you will be offered either a refund or the option to reschedule. 

4. Health & Safety

By attending sessions, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate. 

Please inform the practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns prior to the session. 

Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or adverse effects experienced during sessions. 

5. Use of Media

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. 

If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform the practitioner in advance. 

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

7. Changes to Services

Session times, locations, or practitioners may change. We will notify clients as soon as possible in such cases.
